Entry to Employment is a course for 16-18 year olds who are not yet in employment, education or training.  Young people will have the opportunity to work towards externally accredited qualifications in literacy and numeracy, undertake a work placement and develop personal and social skills.

Our aim is to progress young people from our e2e course into full time education, full time employment or an apprenticeship within 22 weeks.Young people could receive Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) and the opportunity of part time employment with Kier Sheffield.

We currently also have placement vacancies in painting and decorating, horticulture, bricklaying, administration, elderly care, childcare and retail.
